In-Home Sales & Design Consultant

Love sales and have an eye for design? VanGogh Window Fashions is looking for motivated, personable sales professionals to help homeowners find the perfect custom window treatments.

Compensation: 100% commission with uncapped earning potential. Motivated consultants have the potential to earn $100K+ annually by their second year.

Responsibilities

  • Work company-provided leads and generate new business.
  • Manage your sales pipeline, appointments and follow-ups.
  • Visit customers' homes and recommend window coverings that complement their style and budget.

Qualifications & Experience

  • At least 1 year of sales experience required.
  • Strong communication, organization and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prospect, manage a pipeline and close sales.
  • An eye for design and the ability to make recommendations tailored to customers' homes.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Tape measure competencyĀ 

Brand Ambassador ā€“ Roadshow Events

Looking for flexible work with great pay and no long-term commitment? Van Gogh Window Fashions is hiring outgoing, friendly Brand Ambassadors to represent our company at weekend roadshow events.

Compensation: $25 per hour.

Locations: Birmingham & Huntsville AL and Memphis, TN.

Responsibilities

  • Staff our event booth and engage with shoppers.

  • Introduce customers to our custom window covering products.

  • Generate interest and book in-home design consultations.

  • Maintain a welcoming, professional booth presence.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Friendly, approachable, and comfortable speaking with new people.

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.

  • Reliable and able to stand for extended periods.

  • No experience required; paid training provided.

Schedule: Primarily Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, with occasional weekday events. Flexible scheduling with no long-term commitment required.
